Transitions – WordPress Plugin

This is a WordPress Plugin that adds AJAX features to any WordPress powered Website or Blog. It is built around the jQuery Library. It is a very simple Script, creating the 'Transition' effect in only 13 lines of code. A demo can be found and observed by going to the Display Page. Navigate the pages to see the full effect of the script.

This Plugin can be Downloaded from the WordPress.Org website via the link below.
